Ingredients
  • 8 tablespoons Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Water
  • 400 milliliters Milk
  • 4 Eggs (Medium sized)
Cooking Instructions
    CARAMELIZED SUGAR
  1. In a pan, add sugar and water.
  2. Keep stirring until sugar has melted and it turns brown.
  3. Pour the caramelized sugar in a bowl and let it set. Meanwhile prepare custard.
  4. CUSTARD
  5. Heat the milk to a luke warm temperature.
  6. Add eggs to luke warm milk and mix the egg-milk mixture with the help of a blender.
  7. Pour the egg-milk mixture over the set caramelized sugar.
  8. Place the mixture in microwave for 30-40 Minutes.
  9. Bring the mixture to room temperature and then cool it in refrigerator for 4-5 hours before serving.
