CARAMELIZED SUGAR

  1. In a pan, add sugar and water.

  2. Keep stirring until sugar has melted and it turns brown.

  3. Pour the caramelized sugar in a bowl and let it set. Meanwhile prepare custard.

CUSTARD

  1. Heat the milk to a luke warm temperature.

  2. Add eggs to luke warm milk and mix the egg-milk mixture with the help of a blender.

  3. Pour the egg-milk mixture over the set caramelized sugar.

  4. Place the mixture in microwave for 30-40 Minutes.

  5. Bring the mixture to room temperature and then cool it in refrigerator for 4-5 hours before serving.
